Welcome to the COF Webstore! All the items below (except ebooks, of course) include personalization and autograph for no additional charge. Be sure to specify to whom you want each item inscribed (you can do so in the message field at checkout). Otherwise, the item will come with the standard "Best Wishes" and author's signature.  

E-book orders are usually filled within 24 hours. Print copies can take two to three weeks, as I can't afford to keep many in stock.**

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES have now been added. They are dreadfully high but due to the skyrocketing cost of jet fuel, there are no longer any inexpensive ways to ship internationally. If the cost of your shipping (including the packaging materials) turns out to be considerably less than what I charged you, I will, at my discretion, issue you a refund of the difference. If it's more (and sometimes it is), I will absorb the difference.
